Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love every item you purchase at Trudy's Trendy Boutique! If your item does not fit, we understand and want the return policy to be as easy as possible.

In order to return an item, it must unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Tags must still be on the item.

There can not be any damage to the item such as make-up stains, animal dander, smoke, holes, etc. 

If you item was shipped, you will need to return item at your own expense. Items must be returned within the 10 day return policy. You will not receive a refund or store credit if it is after the 10 day return policy. If you return something after the 10 days and you ship it back, you will be responsible for the cost for us to ship it back to you. 

Refunds are issued back as store credit.

If you receive a damaged item, it must be reported within 2 days of receiving the item.  Please send an email at trudystrendy@yahoo.com. 

No exchanges or refunds on final sale items.
