Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love every item you purchase at Trudy's Trendy Boutique! We do understand that exchanges may be needed and want to make it as easy as possible. 

We will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags intact and attached, within 10 days of your purchase date for another item. If you are unable to find another item, we will provide you with a store credit. 

We do not offer refunds. 

Home Decor items, Beauty Products, Jewelry, Accessories, Holiday items, Leggings, Bike Shorts, Clearance, and Sale items are all Final Sale and do not qualify for exchanges.  

Christmas Gift Exchanges are accepted until January 17th, 2026. 

For online orders: If you need to exchange an item, you are responsible for all shipping costs.  Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of the items. If you receive a damaged item, it must be reported within 2 days of receiving the item.  Please send an email to trudystrendy@yahoo.com.
