We hope you enjoy every item purchased from Trudy's Trendy Boutique. If an item does not fit or if you are unsatisfied, our return policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All tags must still be attached. Additionally, items should be free of any damage, including but not limited to makeup stains, pet dander, smoke, holes, or other marks.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning shipped items. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt; inquiries or returns made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. If a return is initiated past the 10-day window, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us.
Refunds are issued exclusively as store credit.
If you receive a damaged item, please report the issue within 2 days of receipt by sending an email to trudystrendy@yahoo.com.
Please note that final sale items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
